Hello everyone!! Welcome to my July update!
How have we got to the middle of the year?
This month is my first business anniversary of Forte Strengths Ltd, established on 3 July 2024! This update is a little self indulgent but hey, a year in business is worth celebrating!
What a year it has been! I didn’t quite realise how much I had achieved until I started to go through my photos to produce a reel to capture the memories. It was really difficult to keep it down to 50 photos! This is what I came up with…….
Started with a toast with my beautiful girl and finished with a toast with my bestie
So fab to look at what I’ve achieved!!
Involved some very tough times losing my mum back on 31 July 2023 but some fabulous experiences, learning and people have supported me through!

Looking forward to the next 12 months with fire in my belly
And I’ve started my second year as I mean to go on with my Wellbeing in Strengths Workshop delivered to a great, open minded bunch at Bolton Cares! The feedback was great, with one attendee saying they didn’t know what to expect, but thought it was brilliant! Many people do wonder what Strengths Coaching is, however, when they give it a try they love it!
To celebrate I am offering a complimentary workshop to teams, organisations and groups so if you think this might benefit you or anyone you know please do let me know and we can get it sorted!
